StevenDouglas is engaged on a search for a Corporate Controller to build and scale the accounting function for a fast-growing, multi-brand consumer platform in the better-for-you beverage space. This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role reporting directly to the CFO—ideal for someone who thrives in complexity, enjoys building systems from the ground up, and wants real influence on a growing business. Headquarters will be based in the Plano area and everyone works on a hybrid schedule. What You’ll Do Own and transform the month-end close across a multi-entity environment Lead technical accounting (inventory, COGS, revenue, consolidations) Build and scale cost accounting frameworks (BOMs, standard costing, margin visibility) Drive audit readiness, internal controls, and compliance Evaluate and optimize ERP systems, reporting, and data flows Partner cross-functionally with Ops, Supply Chain, and FP&A Lead and develop a distributed accounting team (onshore + offshore) Act as a strategic partner to the CFO on growth and performance What We’re Looking For CPA required 8–12+ years (public accounting + industry strongly preferred) Strong GAAP + cost accounting expertise Experience in CPG, Food & Beverage manufacturing, and multi-entity environments Proven ability to build processes, improve systems, and scale accounting functions Comfortable in a hands-on, fast-paced, growth environment Why This Role Build—not inherit—the accounting function High visibility and direct access to executive leadership Exposure to M&A, system transformation, and scaling operations Real ownership and ability to make an immediate impact #J-18808-Ljbffr
