Salary: $125,000 - $175,000 + Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits

Qualifications

• 2-6+ years of litigation experience
• Active Maryland or Virginia Bar license required
• Strong legal writing, research, and advocacy skills
• Ability to manage cases with increasing independence
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Experience in creditors' rights and/or bankruptcy matters is strongly preferred

Due to continued growth, the firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 2-6+ years of experience to join its team in either its Baltimore or Annapolis office .

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters through all phases of the case lifecycle
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
• Conduct legal research, discovery, depositions, and hearings
• Develop litigation strategy and advise clients on risk and exposure
• Work directly with clients and opposing counsel
• Collaborate with experienced attorneys on complex matters
