Work Environment

This full-time position is based onsite in our modern 5,000 square foot sports medicine facility. You will collaborate with a dedicated team of two other physical therapists and one physical therapist assistant (PTA) in a cohesive and well-organized outpatient office setting. Our workweek operates from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic while providing consistent support to our patient population.

Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will be both varied and impactful:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their needs and develop personalized care plans.
• Deliver treatment to an average of one patient per hour, efficiently managing your workload while maintaining high standards of care.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to provide customized interventions aimed at improving client mobility and overall function.
• Minimize the reliance on medications and surgical interventions through effective therapeutic strategies.
• Develop and implement detailed exercise regimens and wellness programs tailored to individual patient goals.
• Monitor patient progress, assess the effectiveness of treatments, and adjust care plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Document all services rendered clearly and comprehensively, adhering to best practices for patient records.
• Motivate and encourage patients throughout their treatment journey to maximize their engagement and achievement of functional abilities.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this full-time Physical Therapist role ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
