Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, strengths, and available resources, providing a clear foundation for therapy.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy.

• Develop personalized treatment plans, establishing specific goals and interventions that cater to the individual’s therapeutic journey.

• Collaborate actively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure cohesive and coordinated care for clients.

• Administer crisis intervention strategies, conduct risk assessments, and create safety plans tailored for clients in urgent situations.

• Manage detailed, timely documentation in adherence to ethical and legal guidelines, maintaining accurate client records.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, provide psychoeducation classes, and lead support groups to enrich our clients' therapeutic experience.

Qualifications\n
