Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new patients and their families to ensure thorough understanding and tailored care strategies.

• Manage all necessary documentation, including billing, treatment plans, and insurance authorizations, within designated timeframes to maintain compliance and streamline operations.

• Develop individualized crisis and safety plans, as well as relapse prevention and wellness plans, to aid patients in maintaining stable functioning.

• Create effective discharge plans in collaboration with patients, focusing on long-term health outcomes and continuity of care.

• Strictly adhere to all federal and state laws, as well as organizational policies and procedures, to ensure ethical and compliant practices.

• Engage in continuous professional development through training opportunities and mandatory education to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

• Participate actively in case consultation and agency meetings to foster teamwork and share best practices among colleagues.

• Complete all licensure requirements and participate in ongoing training that supports both personal and professional growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field that qualifies for licensure is required.
