Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new clients and their families to establish individualized care plans.

• Provide one-on-one and family therapy sessions, tailoring interventions to meet the identified goals and needs of each client.
\n
• Effectively document therapy sessions, treatment progress, and outcomes, including completing billing and insurance authorization forms accurately and within specified time frames.
\n
• Develop comprehensive crisis intervention and wellness plans as needed to support clients in maintaining stability and preventing relapse.

• Create thorough discharge plans that prepare clients for their transition out of therapy while ensuring continued support and resources.
\n
• Stay informed and compliant with all federal and state laws, regulatory requirements, and NEHS policies and procedures.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional development through training and relevant continuing education opportunities.
\n
• Participate in case consultation and team meetings to enhance collaborative care and share insights with fellow professionals.

• Complete all licensure requirements and mandatory training to maintain professional standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field that leads to licensure.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, dependent on your license level and relevant experience.
