Marketing Manager

Payrate: $56.00 - $58.00/hr.


Summary:
The main function of this role is to lead the research of market conditions in local, regional, or national areas to determine potential sales of a product or service. This position is responsible for gathering information on competitors and methods of marketing and distribution.


Responsibilities:

• Develop, coordinate, and implement marketing strategies for prepaid brands in the telecommunication field.
• Lead the development and delivery of a holistic prepaid go-to-market playbook.
• Work with sales leads to develop and customize integrated marketing campaigns.
• Develop unique local and regional programs to drive market objectives.
• Collaborate with various departments to drive revenue, market share, and retention targets.
• Create internal and external communications to convey value propositions and channel strategies.
• Support analysis and development of channel marketing strategic framework.
• Advise on local, national, and international factors affecting product sales.
• Confer with legal staff to resolve issues such as copyright infringement.
• Develop pricing strategies to balance firm objectives and customer satisfaction.
• Direct hiring, training, and performance evaluations of marketing and sales staff.
• Evaluate financial aspects of product development and manage budgets.
• Formulate and coordinate marketing activities and policies.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and distributors.
• Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure product sale and profitability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a business-related field.
• 6 years of work experience, preferably in the mobile telecommunication industry.
• Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing principles.
• Proven self-starter with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $56.00 - $58.00 /hour . Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
