Senior Manager, Compensation & Pay Equity Strategy

Aon plc is seeking a Senior Manager, Compensation to design, implement, and govern compensation programs aligned with the firm's talent strategy and global pay equity agenda. This role partners with People Organization, Finance, Legal, and business leaders to advise on complex compensation matters and drive fair, market-competitive pay decisions.
