HR Business Partner

Work location: 420 N University St, Murfreesboro, TN 37130. Pay: Up to $24 / hourly, depending on experience. Do you have a heart for helping others? We are looking for a reliable, self‑motivated team player to handle our center’s HR tasks, new hire onboarding, and nursing schedules. What You’ll Do Scheduling: Develops and maintain the CNA and nursing staff schedules, making changes as staffing needs come up. Hiring & Onboarding: Post job openings, welcome new hires, and lead new employee orientations. Employee Engagement: Track staff retention, share employee satisfaction surveys, and promote our tuition reimbursement program. Team Support: Work with center leadership to support staff needs and build good relationships with local schools. What We Need 1–2 years of Human Resources experience, required. At least 1 year of scheduling experience (healthcare or long‑term care experience is preferred). A self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, can pivot quickly between tasks, and meets deadlines without losing sight of the details. Great communication skills and a positive attitude.
