The head cooks role encompasses meal preparation, enforcing sanitary practices, managing food temperatures, adhering to recipes, and knowledge of special diets
Qualifications include but are not limited to:
Ability to multi-task
Understanding of diets (IE. puree, mechanical soft, nectar, honey, etc.)
Knowledge of proper food temps
Knowledge of proper food prep sanitation/environment
Ability to read, write and speak English
Reliable transportation
