A company is looking for a Technical Instructor (IT Support). Key Responsibilities Deliver instructor-led training for students pursuing careers in IT Support, including daily instruction and assessment Provide resources for outside learning and support individualized student achievement plans Maintain and update student records and training materials in Salesforce and/or LMS Required Qualifications 1-3 years of teaching or training experience Strong technical background in IT support fundamentals and troubleshooting Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical/industry experience Relevant industry certifications, such as CompTIA A+ or Network+ At least three years of experience in an IT support role
