Project Manager

Seeking a well rounded professional with deep experience in client facing engagements from a services company or consulting background. This person would essentially be great at two things: Managing client relationships while ensuring operational rigor of the project delivery team. Functionally, this person may be managing a wide array of projects, however, it will mainly be focused on large scale User Study / User Research studies for large technology companies. I understand what the client needs as he/she articulates it well enough for us to execute it Qualifications: 5+ years - Has worked for a services company or consulting company in a client facing role 5+ years - Management experience in operations from a services company perspective Experience in directly running user studies projects may supersede management and consulting experience, dependent on role, scope, and skill Technical aptitude is a plus - understand nuances of Data Collection and AI #J-18808-Ljbffr
