We're seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing and fabrication operations in a fast-paced production environment. In this leadership role, you'll be responsible for maximizing productivity, ensuring quality and safety standards, developing high-performing teams, and delivering products on time and within budget.

What You'll Do

• Supervise and lead daily manufacturing and fabrication operations to meet production goals.
• Foster a culture of safety by enforcing policies, conducting training, and leading incident investigations when necessary.
• Coach, mentor, and develop production team members to maximize performance and engagement.
• Partner with Human Resources on recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Coordinate production schedules and assign work to meet customer delivery commitments.
• Collaborate with Production Planning to maintain inventory levels and support on-time shipments.
• Monitor employee attendance, timekeeping, and productivity.
• Analyze production processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Track key production metrics and provide regular operational updates to management.
• Ensure quality standards are consistently achieved while balancing productivity, efficiency, and employee development.
• Support lean manufacturing initiatives and promote best practices throughout the production floor.

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience using manufacturing software/ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Advanced blueprint reading skills and knowledge of fabrication processes.
• Ability to identify process improvements and implement operational efficiencies.
• Dependable attendance with flexibility to work weekends as business needs require.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in an Engineer-to-Order (ETO) manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology, Engineering, Business, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Six Sigma methodologies.

Compensation

• $60,000–$80,000 annually , based on experience
