Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments for new clients and develop detailed treatment plans that address their unique emotional and behavioral health needs.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and therapeutic techniques to evaluate progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.

• Create pre-crisis and crisis plans, positive behavior supports, and medication treatment plans, engaging in continual consultation with multidisciplinary teams.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring timely completion of reports.

• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes, demonstrating our commitment to quality care.

• Establish effective communication channels with state agencies, community partners, and service systems to enhance service delivery and support client progress.

• Nurture relationships with local, state, and private organizations to promote clinic initiatives and explore potential collaboration or funding opportunities.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending conferences, workshops, and relevant state meetings to refine counseling skills and knowledge.

• Promote the mission and values of Heal Life in every interaction with clients and stakeholders.

• Perform other relevant duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, ensuring adaptability and responsiveness to emerging needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is mandatory.
