What We're Looking For The Regulatory Program Manager will be responsible for leading the end to end execution of complex, cross enterprise technology regulatory initiatives, translating evolving regulatory and policy requirements into actionable, integrated delivery plans. This role drives alignment across products, engineering, ODM/JDM partners, test labs, legal, compliance, finance, and operations to ensure timely, compliant outcomes while proactively identifying and mitigating risk across key dimensions including revenue impact, product and market compliance, delivery timelines, and dependency management. The Regulatory Program Manager owns governance, cadence, and executive level reporting, maintains a holistic risk and issue management framework, and ensures regulatory commitments are met without compromising business objectives or customer outcomes. The ideal candidate will apply in-depth Regulatory certification experience and will have a strong background in AI-driven transformation and digital automation technologies with a track record of applying them to deliver measurable value in complex enterprise solutions. Location Role is onsite in Holtsville, NY (Hybrid - Minimum of 3 days in the office per week). Responsibilities Functional leadership of program management teams with possible direct supervision of level 1, 2 and senior PMs. Independently drives team growth and development plans and supports individuals’ execution of development activities such as training, mentorships, and guiding growth opportunities for high potentials. Execute multiple limited-scope projects simultaneously or a large program with senior manager’s guidance using modern project management methodologies to maximize project effectiveness. Drive execution of solutions including concept definition, requirements validation, architecture specification, and governance compliance within the Application Lifecycle Management framework. Translate customer problems into solution requirements. Lead system integration planning, release management, and planning for demonstrations, proofs of concept, and pilots. Lead cross-functional workstreams and drive execution for sales enablement, development and deployment. Build relationships across Sales, Services, IT, Finance, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Support. Define proof of value and customer return on investment with business stakeholders. Organize and present business, technical and program reviews/status to Senior Leadership using digital dashboards and JIRA agile tools. Manage multiple large projects: execute to program plan and budgets, recommend corrective actions, identify and mitigate risks, and secure milestone alignment with leaders before moving forward. May lead multiple projects or a larger program across locations and time zones. Be recognized as an expert in the business function and processes relevant to the program. Motivate teams to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions and understand cross-functional impacts of decisions. Coordinate deliverables and assets; address obstacles, escalate as needed, and adjust plans per management guidance. Demonstrate advanced understanding of development processes and product launch scope. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. 8+ years of experience with a minimum of 2 years as a team lead/supervisor. Strong full life cycle Program Management experience. Ability to drive program management initiatives while understanding the environment and scope of the program. Regulatory certification experience. Governance, cadence, and executive level reporting with regulatory technology industry experience. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree preferred. Understand AI development lifecycle components from development to GTM perspective. Experience driving efficiencies through AI and digital transformation. Experience with production agile processes and tools such as JIRA/Confluence and MS Office. Experience solving difficult technical, quality, cost, and schedule challenges with strong risk management practices. Strong strategic and analytical skills; excellent written and oral communication. Experience guiding large cross-functional teams. Self-motivated, results-driven, risk-aware, able to navigate uncertainty and innovation; capable of defining and creating solutions from skeleton use cases. Pay Range $138,800.00 - $208,200.00 Annual Incentive Compensation In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 15% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
