Senior Brand Manager

Responsibilities Develop and execute against brand operating plans Lead commercialization of innovation projects Assist in portfolio performance optimization and management of product assortment Utilize design thinking to put customers first Own artwork and visual design projects Partner with consumer insights to design and implement studies Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns Manage the budget, process POs, and be a steward of brand finances Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field 5+ years of experience in brand management, brand marketing, or marketing management Experience building collaborative partnerships across all levels of leadership and cross-functional partners Strong prioritization and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Understanding the concepts of full product development and innovation philosophy Experience with IRI, Nielsen and Syndicated Retailer Data ideal Effective communication skills and comfortable with PPT.
