$75,000+ at plan commission

Responsibilities:

• Conduct meetings with new and potential clients and carefully listen to their individual circumstances in order to present the best insurance policies to meet their needs
• Tailor risk management strategies and client profiles to reflect each customer’s individual needs
• Stay updated about insurance industry changes that may affect customers in your portfolio
• Update reports, records, bookkeeping systems, and other organizational tools to accurately report progress toward monthly insurance sales goals
• Implement marketing strategies, including but not limited to cold calling and networking, to connect with potential clients while simultaneously maintaining a portfolio of current clients

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to connect with clients and understand their needs

• Ability to effectively communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner, ensuring clients feel informed and confident

• Proven track record of setting and achieving personal or professional goals, demonstrating your drive and commitment

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client profiles and maintain accurate records efficiently

• Familiarity with the insurance industry or a willingness to learn and adapt quickly to industry changes

• Proficiency in using digital tools and software for bookkeeping and reporting, enhancing your productivity and accuracy

• Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies, including networking and cold calling, to expand your client base effectively
