POSITION : Sales Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Support senior team leads as it pertains to the Macys business
- Participate in market appointments and post-market responsibilities
- Enter and track orders from start to finish
- Monitor images/assets to ensure they are provided to Macy's in a timely manner
- Maintain on order integrity from bulk status to EDI, ensuring tracking of shipment
- Run and analyze weekly reports to capitalize on opportunities
- Monitor market trends and identify future business opportunities and profitability
- Contribute to and create presentations and line sheets for market
- Maintain the look of the showroom to ensure it is tidy and always organized
- Set up showrooms for meetings and assist with any meeting related tasks
- Contribute positively to team dynamic
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year related experience in wholesale apparel sales
- Knowledge of Retail Math
- Superior organizational skills and excellent communication skills; team oriented
- Strong Excel skills
- Analytical thinker
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Highly detail oriented and meticulous
- Proactive self-starter
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Must be proficient in PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel!

The salary range for this full-time, non-exempt role is between $50,000-$60,000 dependent upon candidate's experience and qualifications.
