Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to gain deep insight into clients' mental health challenges. Use this information to develop effective, personalized treatment plans.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, ensuring each session aligns with the individual goals of the client.

• Collaboratively establish therapeutic goals with clients, regularly assessing and tracking progress towards these objectives to enhance treatment efficacy.

• Utilize telehealth technology to offer remote therapy sessions, enabling access for clients who may face mobility challenges or reside in underserved areas.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation of all client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.

• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities to refine clinical skills and to stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in mental health therapy.

Our licensed therapists serve a broad spectrum of clients, from children to adults, addressing various mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, family conflicts, and adjustment issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, or a closely related field. Alternatively, an equivalent combination of education and experience is needed.

• Possession of a valid and current license to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the State of Massachusetts, or eligibility for licensure.

• Demonstrated experience in working with a culturally diverse population and understanding of the unique challenges faced by these groups.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a therapeutic setting, particularly with outpatient therapy, is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
