As an Unarmed Security Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and report observations promptly. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $22.50 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon 05:45 AM - 03:00 PM Tue 05:45 AM - 03:00 PM Wed 05:45 AM - 03:00 PM Thur 05:45 AM - 03:00 PM Fri 05:45 AM - 03:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing and industrial facilities, production areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual conditions. Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, documenting visitor activity, and reporting unauthorized access attempts according to site procedures. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders. Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications while helping to deter unauthorized activity and property damage. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
