This position reports to the Accounts Payable Manager.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesProcess supplier invoices in compliance with GAAPPrioritize invoice processing to take advantage of cash discountsPrepare and distribute supplier payments on timeServe as the primary point of contact for supplier inquiriesResolve supplier account discrepanciesReview and process employee expense reportsReconcile company credit card statementsAssist the accounting team with month-end close and annual auditsWork extensively with purchasing and receiving teamsReconcile supplier statementsProcess supplier purchase returns and credit memosRequired QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
