Job Description Accounts Payable Specialist – Be a Key Player in Our Growth! Are you ready to specialize in accounts payable at a fast-growing company? Our company is growing quickly—are you ready to grow with us? Who We’re Looking For: Do you have a bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field? Do you have at least 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or bookkeeping Are you an expert in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel? Can you work independently, manage multiple tasks, and thrive in a team environment? Are you organized, detail-oriented, and ready to tackle complex accounting tasks? If you checked these boxes, we’d love to see how you can add value to our team! Your Role: Accurately process incoming payments, invoices, and transactions, ensuring all financial records are compliant with company policies. Manage the accounts payable database, performing monthly reconciliations of bank and credit card statements to keep everything on track. Ensure timely payment of supplier invoices while tracking and maintaining up-to-date records of receivables. Proactively communicate any discrepancies or delays in payments to management, helping us stay ahead of potential issues. Assist in year-end financial audits and compile data for CPA reporting, playing a pivotal role in ensuring our financial accuracy. Handle special projects and other AP tasks as needed, always maintaining confidentiality with sensitive financial information. Ready to Join a Company That Values You?
