Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental and emotional status, utilizing assessment tools and clinical interviewing techniques.

• Formulate individualized treatment plans based on client assessments, addressing their unique goals and challenges.

• Provide effective individual therapy sessions to clients of varying ages, tackling an array of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Facilitate couples therapy sessions aimed at improving communication, addressing conflicts, and strengthening interpersonal relationships.

• Regularly review and modify treatment plans based on clients’ progress, ensuring that interventions remain relevant and effective.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and case histories, in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Collaborate seamlessly with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care, actively participating in case discussions and consultations when necessary.

• Respond to crises and provide immediate support to clients experiencing acute distress, employing de-escalation techniques and a calming presence.

• Stay informed about the latest research, methodologies, and best practices in marriage and family therapy to enhance your skills continuously.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) through the State Board is mandatory.

• Experience in providing individual therapy, couples therapy, or both, showcasing the ability to engage with various client demographics.

• Proficient in completing client assessments and maintaining timely documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a willingness to learn and utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Lyra Behavioral Center offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to USD 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
