This role spans accounting operations, regulatory compliance, and treasury, with direct partnership alongside the CFO and Controller. Responsibiliti

• esSupport monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes including general ledger management and reconciliatio
• nsPrepare FOCUS reports, net capital calculations, and support daily net capital monitoring and filin
• gsOversee daily cash and treasury operations, ensuring accurate banking and clearing transactio
• nsSupport accounting for proprietary investments and private funds, including financial statements and management fee calculatio
• nsAssist with budgeting, financial planning, fixed assets, leases, and consolidatio
• nsCoordinate audits, tax compliance, and investor reporti
