Maintenance Worker

Maintenance WorkerPerforms general maintenance and repairs on the Tank Farm, Warehouse, facilities, equipment, forklifts, trailers, and trucks. Completes routine maintenance and tune ups for trucks including oil changes, minor engine repairs, and various mechanical repairs. Maintain and repair all trailers. Performs manual warehouse duties as assigned including but not limited to painting, rack identification, and replacement of light fixtures & light bulbs. May also trim trees and complete outdoor maintenance tasks as assigned. Responsible for coordinating the facility maintenance program to ensure all maintenance is completed routinely. Completes various welding and fabrication projects. Completes general Tank Farm maintenance including pump and hose inspections. Completes necessary research for non-standard maintenance & repairs requiring the purchase of materials and/or employment by outside contractors or vendors. Monitors progress of outside contractors to ensure timely and proper repairs. Provides guidance and assistance to less senior maintenance workers. Serve on company's in-plant or off-site emergency response team. Performs required testing, repairs and re-certification of IBC's. Comply with all company policies, rules, and guidelines.
