Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver personalized therapeutic sessions using strategic, evidence-based practices tailored to the unique needs of clients at various life stages.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health concerns and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans.

• Provide therapy for individuals, couples, and families using a range of methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Document critical clinical information accurately and responsibly, adhering to legal and ethical guidelines while maintaining confidentiality.

• Engage in regular professional development workshops to stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health therapies and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work within a diverse client population, focusing on couples and families facing relational issues, individuals dealing with trauma, substance abuse, and a variety of mental health disorders. Your expertise will guide clients through critical life challenges, creating a safe, trusting space for recovery and growth.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Virginia.

• Minimum of two years of experience providing therapeutic interventions in a clinical setting.

• A strong grasp of ethical and legal standards essential for conducting effective therapy.

• Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing electronic medical records (EMR) software for documentation and patient management.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, inclusive of potential bonuses for meeting performance goals. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
