Securitas is seeking an innovative, commercially minded executive to join our leadership team as Vice President, Marketing & Growth.

This is a critical leadership role responsible for transforming marketing into a scalable growth engine that strengthens our market position, generates demand, enhances customer engagement, and drives measurable business results across North America.

As a key member of the Commercial Leadership Team, you will lead the evolution of our marketing strategy while helping shape how Securitas engages clients, differentiates in the market, and supports the company's long-term growth ambitions.

What You’ll Do

Lead Marketing Transformation

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned to Securitas' commercial growth objectives and long-term business vision.

• Transform marketing into a measurable growth function that contributes directly to revenue generation, client retention, and market expansion.

• Create a unified go-to-market approach that aligns marketing, sales, operations, and customer experience efforts.

• Partner with executive leadership to strengthen Securitas' position as the industry's leading intelligent security partner.

Drive Demand Generation and Growth

• Build and optimize multi-channel marketing programs designed to increase awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth.

• Develop strategies that support customer acquisition, client retention, and expansion within existing accounts.

• Partner closely with commercial leaders to align marketing investments with priority markets, industries, and growth opportunities.

• Improve marketing effectiveness through data-driven decision making and continuous optimization.

Elevate Brand and Market Presence

• Lead brand strategy, reputation management, public relations, and thought leadership initiatives.

• Strengthen external visibility for Securitas and its executive leadership team.

• Lead product and solution marketing strategies that clearly articulate Securitas' value proposition, differentiate our offerings in the marketplace, and support revenue growth across key customer segments.

• Ensure consistency across all client-facing communications, campaigns, and marketing channels.

• Develop compelling market narratives that differentiate Securitas and reinforce our value proposition.

Advance Digital and AI-Enabled Marketing

• Lead digital marketing, website strategy, marketing automation, analytics, and performance marketing capabilities.

• Utilize AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve effectiveness, efficiency, and customer engagement.

• Enhance marketing technology capabilities to better support commercial objectives and business insights.

• Drive innovation while maintaining focus on measurable outcomes and return on investment.

Enhance Customer Engagement

• Partner with Commercial, Operations, and Customer Experience leaders to strengthen customer relationships and loyalty.

• Develop programs that support retention, advocacy, cross-selling, and account growth.

• Leverage customer insights and feedback to improve engagement strategies and market responsiveness.

• Create meaningful experiences that strengthen the customer journey and reinforce long-term partnerships.

Build a High-Performing Team

• Lead, develop, and inspire a team of marketing professionals across multiple disciplines.

• Establish clear goals, accountability, and performance expectations.

• Foster a culture focused on innovation, collaboration, continuous learning, and business impact.

• Build capabilities that position marketing as a strategic partner across the organization.

Who You Are

An ideal candidate brings:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Progressive leadership experience in B2B marketing, growth, commercial strategy, or related leadership roles, with a demonstrated track record of driving business growth, transformation, and measurable results.

• Demonstrated success developing and executing marketing strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.

• Experience leading marketing organizations within complex, multi-location or enterprise environments.

• Strong knowledge of demand generation, digital marketing, marketing technology, CRM platforms, analytics, and AI-enabled marketing capabilities.

• Proven success partnering with executive leadership teams to influence strategy and drive organizational results.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Experience that sets you apart:

• Experience in security services, facilities management, outsourcing, technology-enabled services, or other large-scale B2B industries.

• Experience supporting national and local sales organizations.
