Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting engaging weekly live video therapy sessions tailored to adults navigating various emotional challenges, fostering a safe and trusting environment.

• Implementing assessment tools to monitor changes in client symptoms, evaluate functional improvements, and track the achievement of therapeutic goals, allowing you to personalize treatment plans effectively.

• Maintaining meticulous clinical documentation through our digital therapist portal, which simplifies your workflow in compliance with organizational standards.

• Working collaboratively with the Therapy Leadership Team to seek guidance and share clinical insights, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with adults facing a variety of emotional and psychological challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, and other related conditions. Your ability to deliver empathetic, culturally competent care will be essential in connecting with clients from diverse backgrounds, helping them to navigate their unique experiences and achieve positive outcomes.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates should possess the following:

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work from an accredited institution.
\n
• Independent licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in your state of residence. Having licenses in multiple states is advantageous.

• At least two years of post-graduate experience in providing therapeutic services as a licensed professional.

Compensation and Benefits\n
