Executive Director, Commercial Strategy & Execution

Tango Therapeutics seeks an Executive Director to lead commercial strategy and portfolio initiatives, driving launch readiness and cross-functional collaboration. The role focuses on strategic planning, market analysis, and building launch excellence capabilities for the oncology-focused biotech company.
Responsibilities
- Lead portfolio or country-level initiatives and manage key commercial programs for the Chief Commercial Officer
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic and operational plans
- Monitor and analyze market, customer, and competitor trends to inform commercial strategy
- Build launch excellence capabilities and develop launch plans with tracking mechanisms
- Oversee launch readiness coordination across commercial, supply chain, manufacturing, regulatory, and finance teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 15+ years life sciences, biotech, or pharma experience
- Prior pharma commercial team and oncology experience
- Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, legal landscape, and biotech development
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet aggressive deadlines
