Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active Michigan SLP license required
• Current CCC-SLP certification or Clinical Fellowship (CF) status accepted
• Experience or interest in working with pediatric and elementary school populations
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with students, families, and school teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech and language disorders for 2nd and 3rd grade students
• Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals and therapy plans tailored to each student
• Maintain detailed, timely documentation and progress reports
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to foster student growth
• Use creative and evidence-based strategies to engage young learners and maximize their success
• Provide consultation and support to educators regarding classroom modifications and communication strategies
