Business Analyst

Business Analyst – Optimal Technologies, Inc. Gathering requirements, design, and implementing applications using Cloud technologies. Developing data flow pipelines to store millions of events in Hive managed tables. Designing and developing new RFCs with JCO and BAPI using NWDS. Portal integration points with SAP system for every webpage that interacts with XML in SAP. Working with developers to prepare regular reports and recommendations to Change Request Management (CRM). Collaborating closely with QA teams such as Regression Testing, Performance Testing, Integration Testing, and UAT with business. Developing Spark jobs using Spark SQL/Data Frame API to generate reports for ad-hoc analysis. Developing RESTful web services to export data to external business users. Developing UDFs and Hive regex to meet data requirements. Coordinating with multiple teams and stakeholders for business/functional requirements. Coordinating with DevOps for cluster-related requirements and issues. Optimizing performance through suitable data structures and algorithms to reduce time complexity for specific problems. Require Bachelor or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or a closely related field. Fulltime, 40 hours per week. #J-18808-Ljbffr
