Marketing Assistant

Job Summary A leading local independent wealth management firm in Greenville, SC is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support both daily office operations and marketing initiatives. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for an organized, client-focused professional who enjoys variety, communication, and contributing to a polished, professional office environment. Key Responsibilities Answer and manage incoming phone calls, greet clients and visitors, and help create a professional first impression. Provide administrative support including scheduling, meeting preparation, filing, scanning, document preparation, mailings, supply management, and general office coordination. Assist with social media scheduling, content coordination, captions, basic graphics, engagement tracking, and monthly analytics reporting. Support website updates, content reviews, marketing materials, print and digital projects, and quality control to ensure accuracy and brand consistency. Help plan and coordinate client events, seminars, invitations, logistics, materials, and follow-up communications. Support internal team members with daily administrative needs, office operations, equipment coordination, and special projects. Compensation and Benefits Salary: $45,000 to $50,000 per year.
