Associate Manager for Product Marketing

Role Description

We're looking for an Associate Manager for Product Marketing to join our Ads & Promotions Marketing team to help build products and tools to support advertisers using 's ads platform. The role will focus on Franchise advertising solutions.

• Support B2B marketing strategies to drive adoption and engagement to grow users of new and existing advertising and promotions products, in partnership with Product, Sales, and Business strategy.
• Support building the ads & promotion products positioning, messaging, naming, and value propositions.
• Develop audience insights with research and analytics to surface opportunities to business and product leadership to influence the product roadmap.
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute marketing programs at scale, including partnering with Product Management, Engineering, Comms, Events, Business Strategy, Finance, and Analytics.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in adtech Product Marketing or Product in a corporate or startup environment.
• Experience working in the Client or restaurant industry, in-house, or at an agency, or as a consultant.
• Proven track record of driving successful go-to-market launches that drive adoption and bottom line impact.
• Fluent with data - including market/segment sizing, forecasting, and working with analytics to understand efficacy of campaigns; SQL experience preferred.
• Experience collaborating with various cross-functional stakeholders (Marketing, Product, Sales, Strategy/Ops) to build products or services for business customers.

• Comfortable operating at highly strategic and tactical levels, switching between them effortlessly.
• Deeply grounded in audience insights through partnership with research and analytics.
• Track record of leveraging insights to build consensus with large cross-functional teams.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with senior product leaders.
• Comfortable working closely with customer-facing teams (sales, account management) in addition to leading scaled marketing efforts.
