Job Title- Associate Brand Manager
Duration- 08 Month+ Contract
Work Location: Remote
Work Schedule : FT / M-F
Pay Rate- $40-42/Hour on W2
The Associate Brand Manager helps grow and manage a consumer brand by supporting marketing campaigns, analyzing business performance, launching new products, managing budgets, and working with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Finance, R&D, and external agencies.

This role is responsible for:

Developing and executing marketing and promotional plans
Analyzing sales, market trends, and competitor performance
Supporting new product launches and brand extensions
Managing marketing budgets and tracking spending
Coordinating with sales teams and agencies on campaigns
Using consumer and market data to drive business decisions
Preparing reports and presentations for leadership

Ideal Background

1+ years of experience (including internships) in Brand Management, Marketing, Consumer Packaged Goods (Client), Food, Personal Care, or OTC products
Experience with product launches, promotions, and market analysis is highly preferred.
