Description - Your Role Awaits

• Conduct routine and advanced laboratory tests-including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more-adhering to established protocols.
• Evaluate results diligently, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and perform maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Support specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as required.
• Meticulously document all procedures, assist in training new staff or students, and uphold lab quality benchmarks.
• Ensure a maintained, safe work environment while following regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or a similar allied health degree, with preparations for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications Required

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within a year of joining.
• Ongoing maintenance of certification throughout employment.
