Operations Supervisor - Aventura Mall

Summary As Operations Supervisor you will support day-to-day store operations and implement processes to improve efficiency and customer service for the new Aventura Mall store opening. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will lead operational projects, deliver trainings, manage stock and inventory controls, and coordinate with vendors and HQ. The role focuses on loss prevention, stock optimization, P&L monitoring and ensuring health and safety compliance. Responsibilities Support day-to-day store operations and implement process improvements to drive operational excellence. Identify efficiencies to protect product assets, reduce stock loss and provide transparent reporting to the Store Manager. Conduct trainings for new hires and follow‑up trainings on the store operating system Cegid. Manage stock management, replenishment processes, weekly cycle counts and yearly inventory coordination with Inventory Control. Lead operational projects for the store opening and provide support to store teams and HQ during launches. Optimize stockroom layout, fetch times and storage to improve commercial outcomes and replenish potential. Monitor P&L, support forecasting for sales, stock and headcount/payroll, and deliver stock optimization analysis and reporting. Own vendor and supplier relationships, facilities management and the process for recording gifts given and received. Ensure Health and Safety compliance across the store in line with company policies. Requirements Minimum of 5 years retail experience and at least 3 years managing people. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with Cegid or similar retail operating systems preferred. Knowledge of US retail laws, security and health & safety legislation. Demonstrated commercial acumen, ability to lead teams and deliver against deadlines. Ability to work retail schedule including nights, weekends and holidays and to multitask under pressure. Excellent communication skills; foreign languages a plus. Experience with inventory control, stock optimization and reporting. #J-18808-Ljbffr Brobston Group LLC
