Job Description:

Security Clearance:

• Low Risk, Non-Sensitive, HSPD-12 Credentialing, SF-85 Suitability Required

Education/ Certification Mandatory:

• FAC-C Professional Certification (or current DHS/USCG equivalent certification)

Work Experience Mandatory:

• Minimum 5 years of federal acquisition support experience; FAR-based procurement experience; federal contract administration; cost/price analysis; negotiations; source selection; solicitation preparation; task order support

Education/Certifications Nice To Have:

• Bachelor's Degree; DAWIA Certification; NCMA certifications

Work Experience Nice To Have:

• DHS/USCG support experience; simplified acquisition support; invoice review and payment processing; contract closeout support

References/Certificates/Diplomas Required:

• Resume; FAC-C Certificate; Degree/Diploma copies if available

Roles And Responsibilities:

• Provide acquisition support to LOG-9 Contracting Officers;
• assist with market research; prepare procurement documentation;
• support solicitation development; assist evaluation teams;
• support negotiations; prepare acquisition correspondence and modifications;
• support invoice processing and closeout; track milestones and acquisition schedules;
• maintain compliance with FAR and DHS/USCG procurement procedures
