This could be a great opportunity! $18.78/hour $1,000 Retention Bonus at 6 Months Additional $1,000 Completion Bonus at Assignment Completion Onsite in Johnston, IA (5 Days/Week) In this role, you'll provide front-line customer support, answer product and warranty questions, assist with parts inquiries, document customer interactions, and help deliver a best-in-class customer experience. What We're Looking For 6+ months of customer service or customer support experience Strong communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable working with computers and Microsoft Office Ability to multitask, research information, and navigate multiple systems Reliable and able to work flexible shifts between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST Preferred Experience Agriculture, turf equipment, or utility vehicle knowledge Call center, contact center, or technical support experience Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Agriculture, IT, or a related field Training includes classroom instruction and hands-on mentoring to help you succeed.
