Job Description:


- Shift: Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30)
- Seasonal Rate: Elevated winter rate, standard rates resume on 2/27
- Flexibility: Must work weekends and available to float between units
- Precepting Skills: Preferred
- Local Rate Match: Within 50-mile radius
- Start Date: ASAP

Requirements:
- Experience:
- Minimum 3 years in a relevant role
- Charge experience preferred
- Certifications Required:
- ACLS
- AWHONN Advanced (or C-EFM in lieu)
- BCLS
- NRP
- Floating: Yes, to mother baby
- Licensure: Active compact license required at submission

Responsibilities:
- Key Skills:
- Administration of blood and blood products
- Assist in deliveries and C-sections
- Support breastfeeding and neonatal care
- Manage high-risk labor patients and antepartum care
- Execute non-stress tests and apply internal monitoring devices
- Daily Census: 210-257 births per month
- Patient Ages: Neonates, Infants, Adolescents, Adults

Additional Information:
- Community and Interdisciplinary Support: Collaboration with respiratory services, social services, and pharmacy teams
- Special Procedures: Involvement in cesarean sections, hysterectomies, and emergency protocols
