The Opportunity:

This critical role focuses on building relationships with physicians and matching them with job opportunities they love as you help healthcare facilities fill vital patient-care gaps. We have some of the most knowledgeable Physician Recruiters around, and our up-to-date database and proven processes back up your desire for success. We offer uncapped commissions in an environment that motivates you to work hard, plus we are always seeking innovative ways to make it enjoyable.

Your Responsibilities:

• Actively managing an ever-expanding portfolio of physician candidates
• Contacting active physicians and developing long-lasting relationships with physicians
• Interviewing physicians to meet client-specific qualifications and quality standards of Interim Physicians
• Obtaining CVs of qualified physicians for presentation and consulting with Account Executives and business development representatives to determine proper fit
• Negotiating rates and expenses as required for physicians
• Writing physician agreements and exhibits as necessary
• Advocating for and consulting with physicians to ensure employee satisfaction and longevity with Interim’s client
• Promptly escalating all physician candidate issues to the Account Executive always working together for a satisfactory resolution to all parties

Qualifications:

Successful Physician Recruiter candidates should have a solid work ethic and excellent customer service, sales, and relationship-building skills. Candidates should desire to learn and grow, take ownership of their work, be driven and ambitious. Clear verbal and written communication skills are a must. Sales or recruiting experience preferred. Interim is a sales environment.

As a Physician Recruiter at Interim Physicians, you must ensure a professional collaboration between departments, geographical branches, and individual team members to support the company’s goal of a unified corporate culture. In addition, they must achieve specific and standard company Gross Profit Quota and Daily Activity Metric goals.
