Talent Coordinator

Supporting consultants throughout their assignments, the full-time remote Talent Coordinator will manage onboarding, conduct quality check-ins, track assignments, and assist with interview preparation and administrative tasks to ensure a positive consultant experience. Key responsibilities Assist candidates with interview preparation and conduct debriefs to gather feedback post-interview Manage onboarding activities and maintain ongoing support for consultants during their assignments Monitor assignment dates and proactively communicate with recruiters and managers regarding contract completions and extensions Required qualifications Associate's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting coordination, human resources, or customer service Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and CRM systems Strong organizational and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
