Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, culturally sensitive mental health assessments to capture the unique experiences of patients, leading to tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions that consider each patient’s cultural background and personal experiences.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing a range of mental health concerns while promoting emotional resilience and well-being.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and multidisciplinary team members to deliver coordinated care that encompasses the full spectrum of mental health services.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, offering immediate support and guidance during mental health emergencies.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to empower their journey towards better mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
