Role Registered Nurse in Surgical Oncology specializing in direct patient care in a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment. Responsibilities Provide top-tier nursing care utilizing the nursing process, prioritize patient safety, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, precept new staff, and contribute to quality outcomes. Focus on acute care, particularly in moderate to high acuity Med‑Surg units, with ongoing competency validation supported by clinical educators. Qualifications and Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Bachelor’s preferred), current RN licensure, BLS certification, and at least 6 months of RN experience. Ability to model proficiency, adapt to evidence‑based practices, and work effectively in a team environment. Key Duties Deliver comprehensive patient care, support safety and quality initiatives, and foster continuous learning.
