Growth Marketing Manager

To expand awareness and access to behavioral health services, the full-time remote Growth Marketing Manager will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and drive both B2C and B2B marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and referral partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for performance and ROI Execute marketing campaigns targeting prospective clients and referral partners to increase inquiries and admissions Collaborate with operational leaders to strengthen relationships with referral partners and expand organizational visibility Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing Experience in healthcare or SaaS, with a preference for behavioral health or telehealth marketing Proven success in developing B2C and B2B marketing strategies Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and CRM systems
