Key Responsibilities\n

• Work directly with a caseload of clients presenting symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders, conducting individual, group, and family therapy.

• Implement integrated care plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring they receive comprehensive support across all required services.

• Utilize evidence-based methodologies for conducting screenings and assessments that are developmentally appropriate.

• Facilitate crisis interventions and manage emergency situations in collaboration with peers and emergency services as necessary.

• Monitor client progress, manage admission and discharge criteria, and maintain accurate documentation of treatment services and outcomes.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance skills, focusing on individual and team performance improvements.

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss treatment strategies and share best practices that enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
