Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver therapeutic services to clients, including individuals, couples, families, and groups, both virtually and in-person when necessary.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to facilitate client growth and recovery.
\n
• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations, develop treatment plans, and perform regular treatment plan reviews and updates to ensure ongoing client progress.
\n
• Ensure detailed documentation of client sessions and interactions in accordance with company policies, including case notes and follow-up reports.
\n
• Foster a supportive and trusting environment that encourages clients to openly discuss their challenges and progress.
\n
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, and other mental health professionals to create cohesive support systems for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role will be working with individuals navigating the complexities of substance use and dependency as they enter the detoxification process. Clients will come from diverse backgrounds, including varying identities, cultures, and experiences, requiring a social worker who is sensitive and adaptable in their approach to treatment. Your role will be vital in guiding these individuals through the challenges of detox and providing them with the tools they need for sustained recovery.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California is mandatory.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain appropriate professional boundaries with clients.

• Keen attention to detail in documentation and capability to submit reports in a timely manner.

• Comfort and experience working with a diverse client population, ensuring respectful and culturally competent care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
