This position will allow you to work remotely while engaging directly with clients via telehealth platforms and phone consultations. Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage with clients experiencing major mental illness and severe emotional disorders, conducting thorough assessments and delivering tailored treatment interventions.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions focused on crisis intervention, addressing immediate concerns and long-term recovery plans.

• Develop and implement evidence-based integrated care plans, coordinating services between clients, families, and various healthcare providers to ensure seamless support.

• Conduct routine screenings and assessments to identify clients’ mental health status, modifying care plans as necessary based on individual progress.

• Monitor client engagement across their treatment journey, ensuring compliance with admission, continued stay, and discharge criteria.

• Participate actively in team meetings and collaborate on agency committees to enhance service delivery and quality of care.

• Document all client interactions and treatment outcomes accurately, ensuring timely completion of reports and data submissions.

• Provide emergency support and on-call coverage as assigned, reinforcing clients' safety and overall wellbeing.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
