Leavitt Machinery is looking for a customer service-oriented Branch Coordinator to join our team in Grande Prairie, Alberta . As the Branch Coordinator, you will be responsible for greeting and supporting branch visitors and assisting employees with various administrative tasks. Responsibilities Managing branch reception duties, including answering phone calls, transferring calls to the correct contact, collecting information, and directing walk-in visitors at the branch Coordinating shipments and interoffice mail Collaborating with the Parts department to ensure parts accuracy for service jobs Tracking invoices and following up with vendors on outstanding payments Assisting Service Dispatchers with the coordination of service jobs for Technicians Entering and updating customer and equipment information in the ERP Ordering and maintaining office supplies and branch marketing items Completing expense reports and providing administrative support for all departments including Sales, Rentals, Parts, and Service Acting as a safety captain for the branch, ensuring all safety protocols are adhered to while maintaining up-to-date safety records Shipping/Receiving Required Skills & Qualifications Two years of previous administrative or coordination experience Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills, planning skills, and multitasking ability Polished interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset, including the ability to work with internal and external customers at all levels Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment Confident self-starter and team player Benefits Company paid medical health care plan for you and your dependents Dental plan, vision plan, and prescription drug coverageAnnual health care spending account Life insurance, short term disability, and travel insurance Sick leave plan - 100% employer paid Employee assistance programs RRSP matching The base pay range for this role is: $47,600 to $53,599 per year depending on experience. This is an onsite role based in Grande Prairie, Alberta .
