Regional Training Director

For our client, we are seeking a Regional Training Director to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a healthcare environment. Location: Long Beach, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $95,000 – $105,000 annually Responsibilities Develop, coordinate, and supervise training programs in the Southern Region Oversee new employee orientation and required in-service training Deliver training sessions to groups and individuals Maintain accurate records of staff training and attendance Build and maintain relationships with County staff and other organizations for training needs Qualifications Master's degree preferred, Bachelor's degree required in the mental health field Two years of direct service experience with seriously mentally disordered patients One year of clinical supervisory experience in a preferred setting (outpatient, hospital, or residential) Minimum of one year of clinical training experience and experience overseeing a training program preferred Valid California Driver's License, Certification in Pro Act required Benefits Employer-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage Generous time off with ample vacation and holiday pay On-the-job training and access to paid CEU opportunities Career development programs to enhance professional growth Supervision for BBS hours for AMFT, ACSW, and APCC professionals as applicable A culture that celebrates and rewards employee efforts Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
