About the Role Vast is looking for a Training Operations Coordinator , reporting to the Director of Talent Development , to support onsite training, administration of the Learning Management System, and talent development program management. This will be a full-time, non-exempt position located in our Long Beach location. Responsibilities Daily administration of data, certifications, course rosters and attendance, materials, eLearning, tests/quizzes, dashboards, and system configurations for the Learning Management System (Cornerstone) Organize, schedule, manage enrollments, record attendance and ensure training materials are available for in-person training courses Act as a primary point of contact for routine employee inquiries, exercising sound judgment to resolve standard issues and escalating complex or unique matters to Talent Development team members as appropriate Coordinate with third party vendors for specialized resources and instruction which are outside of internal expertise Coordination with Vast end users to establish the scope of work across Talent Programs and the Training Intake Form Create course materials, such as PowerPoints, handouts, and tests for instructor-led programs Assist with data and reporting requests from internal customers and cross-functional People team members Own the ongoing maintenance and optimization of the Talent Development team’s Confluence pages, ensuring information is accessible, accurate, and updated regularly Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalency certificate Intermediate level Google Sheets (or Microsoft Excel ) knowledge Preferred Skills & Experience Experience with Learning Management Systems (1+ years, Cornerstone preferred) Basic understanding of Learning & Development (course completion rates, compliance training, Instructor-Led Training vs. eLearning) Knowledge of computer applications and the ability to easily navigate through different computer software programs ( Google Workspace Applications , Microsoft Excel , Tableau ) Ability to work effectively in a team environment Ability to make independent judgments with limited information Communication skills for relaying data (verbally and in-writing) between other employees, vendors, and customers Logical and strategic approach to solving problems Comfortable working in a high-stress environment balancing several projects at any given time, and the flexibility to adjust for abrupt changes in strategic direction #J-18808-Ljbffr Gravity Engineering Services Pvt Ltd.
